Pull gravity out of thin air.

A hands-first VR puzzle game. Pinch the air, pull your hands apart, and a gravity field appears between them, strong enough to bend streams of glowing stardust into humming goals.

Gravisphere key art: a G-shaped orbit around a black field, with gold and cyan stardust drifting around it.

Level 4, Maw, on the game’s own physics: guide each stream past the black hole into its own planet. Drag to open a field, tap it to close it.

  • Hands onlyNo controllers, just a pinch.
  • No text, no tutorialEach level teaches the next.
  • Black holes, white holesGravity obstacles that link into wormholes.
  • Daily OrbitA new puzzle every day.

A highly customizable business app

An app I developed that businesses tailor to the way they work, in use in over 60 countries.

Making an app this customizable is where engineering discipline shows: every business shapes it differently, and it still has to stay dependable, maintainable and clear for people in very different places.

AuthPair

Pair-code sign-in with Firebase, for Unity apps on devices without a keyboard.

Typing a password in a VR headset is painful. With AuthPair the app shows a short pairing code. The user enters it on an authentication page on their phone or computer and signs in there, with providers like Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Twitter.

02About

Every new field
orbits the last one.

I'm Harald Stapfer, an independent software developer in Austria. I started AppScore in 2010 and have been building software professionally ever since.

In April 2020, when the lockdowns began, I saw what virtual reality could become and used the time to learn it properly. Since then I have combined it with a decade of software engineering to build VR games, interactive experiences and tools. None of it replaced what came before. Each step added a new orbit around the same core: turning ideas into software that works, and that people enjoy using.

  1. 2010

    App development

Android apps, Google Apps Script automation, and professional .NET application development.

  2. 2019

    Cross-platform apps

Flutter becomes my main focus: one codebase for apps on many platforms.

  3. 2020

    Into XR

Since April 2020: VR games, interactive experiences and tools with Unity for Meta Quest.

  4. 2025

    Exploring AI

AI-related projects and new ways of building software: Gravisphere is developed with AI coding agents that I direct and review.

03Expertise

One skill set,
four directions.

The technologies matter less than how they combine. Point at a project, or tap it, to see what went into it.
